How to connect the apps for the first time?

  • Connect to your Experience backoffice
  • Go to the « Connectivity section »
  • Click on « Connect to Cloudbeds ». You will be redirected to Cloudbeds
  • If you have not already logged in, log into your Cloudbeds account
  • You will land onto an authorization page as shown below:

  • Authorize Cloudbeds to connect to Experience
  • Select the hotel that should be connected to Cloudbeds:



Integration features

The integration allows Experience to get all reservation datas from Cloudbeds in order to create your guests’ profile in our CRM, gathering as many info about your guests as possible, and send them emails before, during and after their stay.

Some data collected through Expérience Hôtel are sent back to Cloudbed, including:

  • birthday
  • purpose
  • lastname
  • firstname
  • civility

Disconnecting the app

In order to disconnect the app, go to the "connectivity" page and click on the "cancel" button. CloudBeds is disconnected from Experience.
